Hopefully, it will be a fun way to discover notes from mom years from now when I'm gone.Kim Mayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04617150953735691298noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7435727430807009452.post-59594313381195115252010-03-24T20:31:01.276-07:002010-03-24T20:31:01.276-07:00Remember me? Tragic. A pain so intense that I literally felt part of my heart die with him. A part that stays with him in his eternity.
I didn't get a notebook. I crave a notebook. When I read about yours, big salty tears streaked across my face. What courage your mom had, what grace to leave you with an earthbound love to seep into the holes left in your heart. So tonight, at barely thirty years old I will sit and write in a notebook. I will shove it in an unused drawer so that it won't be found and mistaken for a walk off the deep end. But I will write for my girls. For my love. So that they too, can have something to hold onto when they can't hold onto me.
Thank you for the inspiration.
CarrieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
